At Scribubble, every product is carefully inspected, quality checked,
photographed or recorded (where applicable), and securely packed before
dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- You received a damaged product during transit.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours
of delivery.
2. Mandatory Proof for Claims
To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide:
- Order Number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the outer shipping package and shipping label.
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be declined.
3. Inspection Before Approval
Every request is reviewed by our Quality Team.
Approval depends on verification of:
- Product condition.
- Customer photographs.
- Unboxing video.
- Packaging condition.
- Courier damage (where applicable).
- Internal packing records maintained by Scribubble.
Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, replacements, or refunds are not accepted for:
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.
- Used, folded, torn, stained, scratched, or altered products.
- Missing accessories, tags, packaging, or free gifts.
- Damage caused while opening the package using sharp objects.
- Minor colour differences caused by screen settings.
- Slight variations in print placement or handcrafted finishes.
- Personal preference or change of mind.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted products unless damaged or incorrect.
5. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must include:
- Original packaging.
- Product labels.
- Accessories (if applicable).
- Free gifts (if provided).
Products found to be used, intentionally damaged, incomplete, or
different from those originally shipped may be rejected and returned to
the customer at their expense.
6. Fraud Prevention
Scribubble maintains records of product quality checks before dispatch.
We reserve the right to reject claims involving:
- False or misleading claims.
- Product tampering.
- Deliberate damage after delivery.
- Return of a different product.
- Repeated suspicious return behaviour.
- Abuse of our return policy.
Where fraudulent activity is suspected, Scribubble reserves the right to
suspend future orders, refuse service, or take appropriate legal action.
7. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued only through the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Scribubble.
8. Replacement Policy
Where possible, Scribubble may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
9. Final Decision
All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to Scribubble's
verification process. Scribubble's decision, made in accordance with
this policy and applicable consumer laws, shall determine the outcome of
the request.
