Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Eligible Cancellations

If an eligible cancellation request is approved:

• The full payment will be refunded through the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Scribubble reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing errors.
• Payment verification issues.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Technical errors.

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
